Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important for us. To provide better shopping experiences for our customers, we have a return,exchange and refund policy. This policy is applicable to ANTAKIT.COM website online purchase only.
Return for exchange or refund
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or a warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when you receive it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return procedures
1. Please contact us at info@antakit.com previously if you want to return an item. Please do not send it back without contacting us.
We’ll send you the correct detailed return address and instructions so that we can receive your return items securely.
2. Customer send the package to us.
After our warehouse receives and evaluates the item (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.), the refund will be initiated.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s credit card or original payment method around 10 business days.
3. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the returns of items which are limited edition, or on sale, or purchased with discount coupons or gift cards if we indeed send you the exactly correct items that you order.
Exchange
Make sure you return the item with the fastest shipping method so that we can receive the return item soon and re-send you the item that you want. Once the return is accepted, we will re-send the new item you want.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your package upon reception by making an opening-package video to check if the item is defective, damaged or wrong. If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately by sending us the opening-package video and some detailed pictures that shows the defective,damaged and wrong parts of the item that you received via email at info@antakit.com so that we can evaluate the issue and solve the problem as soon as possible.
Refund
Please note that customers are responsible for the total shipping costs of returned items if it’s not about the product quality issue.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s credit card or original payment method around 10 business days.
